We dig bees and our bees dig the natural apiary we’ve created for them.
Our free-range bees are raised from local stock. We never treat with chemicals, feed them processed sugars or artificial pollen. We leave ’em be, to do what they do best: make delicious honey the natural way.

Well, if you want honey for allergy reasons, you’ll want to make sure the honey comes from nectar sources that are closest to where you live. It has very little to do with actual distance, much more to do with the types of plants, nectar and pollen used to create the honey. Around these parts, the fauna is pretty similar in an area that runs from west of Ft. Worth, north to the Red River, south to Hillsboro, and east to Canton.
But listen up! You don’t have to be from these parts to enjoy some of the best honey you’ve ever tasted. Texas honey is good tastin’, and good for you, no matter where you are.
